LGV C (HGV Class 2 ) Driver

General Information
Location: Alfreton

Remuneration: The hourly rate of pay for this position is £7.50 per hour (plus £1.00 per hour for drivers paid through an umbrella company) and £10 per hour as an overtime rate (paid after 8 hours worked per day).
Duration: Temporary
Hours: Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting each day at 07:00 and working for an average of 10 hours per day. You are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours pay per day
Closing date: 21st Jun 2013 (27 days)

Job Description
You will be driving a curtainside vehicle and making regional collections and deliveries of palletised freight throughout the East Midlands. There is an average of 10 deliveries or collections each day. There will be no manual handling of the load.

Experience & Qualifications
To apply for this position you must have a current LGV C licence entitlement and at least 6 months of experience in a similar position. We cannot accept applicants with unspent drink driving or dangerous driving convictions.
