Location: Alfreton

Remuneration: Basic hourly rate £8.50 per hour overtime after 8 hours.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday between 07:30 to 17:00pm
Closing date: 12th Jul 2013 (24 days)

Job Description
We are recruiting for an apprentice trained sheet metal engineer to work on Amada press breaks in the manufacture of batch products between 0.5mm to 3.00mm max thickness working to tight tolerance components where quality is paramount and daily output targets are met. One-off Press Brake setter/operator/programmer. Able to work with confidence and confirm quality of components are made first off and must match drawings specifications and are within tolerance.

Experience & Qualifications
Must be comfortable and skilled to work off surface plates, height gauges, verniers, callipers, plug gauges, slip blocks and able to calculate angles and dimensions out from trigonometry to cross check "first off" bends where appropriate
